Integration of system components in a domestic communication system

Integration of system components in a domestic communication system is suggested. The domestic communication system comprises at least one door station (16), at least one home station (1, 6, 11), at least one door opener (22), and an optional system center (27) as the system components. All the system components (1, 6, 11, 16, 22, 27) are connected to a bus (32) and linkage/addressing of the components is carried out via coding switches. The identification of all components (1, 6, 11, 16, 22) is carried out using specific key codes (s) which are generated by a control/processing unit (28, 19) and are stored in a memory (29, 20) such that the codes (s) can be forwarded to other components (1, 6, 11, 16, 22) and stored in memory (4, 9, 14, 20, 25).
