Zusammenfassung:	The invention brings forward a formula for EPDM rubber with low compressive deformation and high elasticity and a vulcanization method. The formula comprises, by weight, 100 parts of EPDM, 2 parts of the anti-aging agent RD, 2 parts of the anti-aging agent BLE-W, 3 parts of an activator ZnO, 10 parts of white carbon black, 50 parts of carbon black N550, 5 parts of paraffin oil, 2 parts of microcrystalline wax, 3 parts of DCP, 1 part of a DBPH vulcanizing agent and 10 parts of a silica gel heat-resisting agent. According to the invention, the components are reasonably cooperated, so compressive deformation of a vulcanized product is controlled to be 10 to 12%, and impact elasticity of the product is greater than 36.
