Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a ceiling lamp comprising an LED component, a radiator, a lamp cover and a reflecting cover. Light emitted from an LED is emitted out through the highly-transparent acrylic lamp cover, and then direct light is changed into diffuse light via the reflecting cover coated with a high-diffuse-reflectivity coating. On one hand, light transmittance of the lamp cover reaches above 95%, and reflectivity of the coating of the reflecting cover also reaches above 95%, so that high efficiency and energy conservation are realized, and lighting effect can be increased by 10% as compared with that of a traditional direct illuminating lamp; on the other hand, the light emitted from the LED is uniform, gentle and free of glare after being reflected by the reflecting cover, so that illuminating effect is improved effectively, and eyesight is protected.
