Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention discloses an aluminum-plastic-wood composite material. The aluminum-plastic-wood composite material comprises a plastic-wood component and an aluminium component, wherein the plastic-wood component comprises the raw materials in percents by mass: 55-75% of polypropylene plastic, 10-20% of a wood powder, 2-30% of a magnetic powder, 1-3% of polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride and 0.5-3% of dioctyl phthalate, and the aluminium component has a nickel plated surface. Also, the invention discloses a preparation method of the aluminum-plastic-wood composite material. The aluminum-plastic-wood composite material prepared by the preparation method of the invention has stronger anti-compression and bending-resistant performances.
