The medical spring arm balancing mechanism comprises a first joint, a four-bar linkage, a second joint and a long connecting rod, wherein the four-bar linkage is rotatably connected to the first joint; the second joint is rotatably connected to the other end of the four-bar linkage; and the long connecting rod is rotatably connected between the first joint and the second joint; the first joint is connected with the four-bar linkage through a clamping pin; the second joint is connected with the four-bar linkage through a clamping pin; and the long connecting rod is connected with the first joint and the second joint through the clamping pins.
