Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a metallurgical cooled agglomerated pellet binding material and a production process thereof. The binding material is composed of 97-99 parts of sodium bentonite and 1-3 parts of sodium oxalate. The production process comprises the steps including coarse grinding, mixing, extruding, drying, fine grinding and the like. The metallurgical cooled agglomerated pellet binding material has the advantages of being simple in production process, less in dosage, easy to stir, free of heating up and drying after a ball is pressed under normal pressure, pollution-free, and cooled and agglomerated under the normal temperature to obtain the excellent iron-containing dust-sludge cooled agglomerated pellet with good metallurgical performance. |
