Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for the fermentation production of natural beta-carotene by adding multiple fermentation accelerants. The method comprises the working procedures of slant culture, seed culture and fermentation culture, wherein during fermentation culture, the fermentation culture production of the natural beta-carotene is promoted by adding the fermentation accelerants.
