In order to solve the technical problem that the metal with the insulating ceramic coating cannot be processed with high quality and high efficiency, the invention provides the self-inductive electric spark processing method, and on the basis, a processing form of the internal flushing liquid of a rotating electrode is adopted. The whole processing process is carried out in an oil-base working liquid. The tubular electrode rotates around the axis and is assisted by a high pressure flushing liquid in an inner hole of the electrode, and flushing by the working liquid has good chip removal effect.
