The invention relates to mesh bag foam for treating overflowing oil. An oil-absorbent polyurethane foam material is cut into blocks or strips which are arranged in a strip-shaped cylindrical mesh bag, the diameters of meshes of the mesh bag are smaller than the size of the minimum side length of the polyurethane foam material, and two ends of the mesh bag are tightened through binding.
