The processor controls the switching on and switching off duty cycle of the metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor, and modulates the switching on and switching off time effectiveness of the metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor when the detectors judges changes of the voltage of an input power supply or the frequency of the input power supply, and an output current of the light-emitting diode light source is kept through modulation of the switching on and switching off time effectiveness of the metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor.
