Information distributing system and method

The invention discloses an information distributing system and method. The information distributing system comprises a distributing server, a pre-posed server, a broadcasting server and at least one terminal. The information distributing method includes the following steps that the terminal is used for transmitting feedback fields to the distributing server and the feedback fields comprise broadcasting data receiving states of the terminal. The distributing server is used for receiving and summing up the feedback field and transmits a broadcasting terminating order to the pre-posed server when the sum-up value of the feedback fields meets pre-set conditions. The pre-posed server is used for forwarding the broadcasting terminating order to the broadcasting server. The broadcasting server is used for terminating broadcasting according to the broadcasting terminating order.
