This invention provides a dialogue device, a dialogue system and a dialogue control method. The dialogue device configured to perform conversation with a driver in a vehicle comprises a storage unit, a concentration degree measurement unit and a dialogue unit. The dialogue unit is configured to be a data for storing preference. In the preference database, the dialogue item is related to the dialogue effect, wherein the dialogue item is the candidate item of the dialogue content, and the dialogue effect represent the increase degree of the concentration of the driver.
