System and method for detecting adulterated milk by aid of SAWR (surface acoustic wave resonator)

The invention relates to a system and a method for detecting adulterated milk by the aid of an SAWR (surface acoustic wave resonator). By the aid of the system and the method, problems that a device for detecting the water content of milk by the aid of a surface wave technology is unavailable in the prior art and devices for detecting the water content of the milk by the aid of other technologies are complicated in structure and high in cost are solved. The system comprises a resonance detection unit. The resonance detection unit is provided with two detection electrodes, piezoelectric substrates are arranged at the ends of the detection electrodes, and an output end of the resonance detection unit is connected with a digital conversion unit and then is connected with a processing unit by the digital conversion unit. The system and the method have the advantages that a surface acoustic technology is adopted, the system is simple in structure and low in cost, the water content of the milk can be quickly detect
