Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a fixing device for a cylinder head housing. The fixing device comprises a bolt (2) with a first convex ring (3) arranged below the bolt head, a bolt rubber gasket (4) arranged between the first convex ring (3) and the cylinder head housing, and a seal rubber gasket (5) around the bolt (2) and of which the circumference is provided with a stepped face. According to the fixing device for the cylinder head housing, the bolt fits the cylinder head housing tightly through the bolt rubber gasket, and the cylinder head housing fits a cylinder head tightly through the middle seal rubber gasket, so that the structural design of the fixing device of the cylinder head housing can solve the problems of large vibration and loud noises in the cylinder head housing effectively.
