The surface protection light concrete composite board comprises a first surface protection layer, a first gypsum binding agent layer, a foamed concrete layer, a second gypsum binding agent layer and a second surface protection layer, wherein the first surface protection layer, the first gypsum binding agent layer, the foamed concrete layer, the second gypsum binding agent layer and the second surface protection layer are overlapped in sequence to form the surface protection light concrete composite board. The fire-proof, damp-proof and light-weight advantages of foamed concrete are utilized, and the surface protection layers are arranged on and used for protecting the two side surfaces of the foamed concrete layer so as to overcome the defect that the levelness, the thickness and the dimension of foamed concrete cannot be controlled well.
