The method comprises the following steps of: preparing six types of standard aluminum solution by using standard aluminum stock solution; absorbing the standard aluminum solution into a colorimetric tube with scales, respectively adding chromazurine S solution, emulsifying-agent OP solution, bromohexadecyl pyridine solution and ethylenediamine-hydrochloric acid buffer solution, fixing the volume, shaking uniformly, and then standing to determine the light absorbance; drawing a series of working curves of the standard aluminum solution; weighing a flour-made product to be determined, drying, grinding and sieving, and preparing into a dry-based sample; adding distilled water and acid liquor into the dry-based sample, carrying out ultrasonic extraction, and filtering to obtain a sample preparation liquor; adding the sample preparation liquor and the reagent into the colorimetric tube, fixing the volume to the sca |
