Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a formula and a preparation technology of a chitosan-iodine suppository. The chitosan-iodine suppository comprises, 8-15wt% of chitosan-iodine, 0.1-2wt% of potassium iodate, 0.1-1wt% of chitosan, 20-50wt% of a hydrophilic matrix, 1-10wt% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.05-0.5wt% of glacial acetic acid and 30-70wt% of purified water. Compared with other suppositories, the chitosan-iodine suppository has more lasting effects and is convenient for use.
