Automatic orientation arrangement system for LED lamp component

The invention discloses an automatic orientation arrangement system of an LED lamp component. The system comprises a CCD camera shooting element, a decoder, a DSP (Digital Signal Processor), a series parallel conversion chip, a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a sensor, which are connected in sequence; a human-computer interface is connected between the DSP and the PLC; a servo-driver and an electromagnetic valve are connected to the output port of the PLC; a servomotor is connected to the output end of the servo-driver; an air cylinder is connected to the output end of the electromagnetic valve. The system can realize automatic orientation arrangement of the LED lamp component, solves the problem of low automation level, low production efficiency and high cost of an assembly method adopting huge-crowd strategy, and simultaneously solves the problem that when orientation arrangement is performed mechanically, electronic components are easily damaged and then the manufacturing cost is increased.
