Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a metal surface treatment method and apparatus. The apparatus for the treatment method comprises an electrolytic bath, a cooling system and an electric control system, wherein based on the capacitor charging/discharging principle, the electric control system forms a high-voltage power supply of 400-600V, and the voltage is applied to an aluminum-silicon alloy workpiece electrically communicated with an anode; the surface of the aluminum-silicon alloy workpiece is immersed in an electrolytic solution; the cooling system controls the temperature of the electrolytic solution at 10-50 DEG C; and under the action of the voltage, the surface of the aluminum-silicon alloy workpiece is subjected to electrochemical reaction to form a ceramic layer.
