The invention discloses a plasma sterilization bath device comprising a bath device, two heaters, an ozone generation unit, and a controller. The bath device comprises a shower nozzle and a bathtub. The first heater is disposed on a main water supply pipeline. Branches from the upper end of the main water supply pipeline are connected to the shower nozzle and a drain valve of the bathtub respectively. The second heater is disposed at the bottom of the bathtub. The ozone generation unit comprises an air supply device, a plasma generator, an ozone limit valve, and an ozone detector. The controller comprises a liquid crystal display screen, a setting panel and a microprocessor. The ozone detector, the plasma generator and the air supply device are electrically connected with the controller. The controller is further electrically connected with a main power supply circuit.
