Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an edible blend oil, and specifically relates to a flax blend oil and a processing technology thereof. The flax blend oil is prepared by taking flax oil as a basic material and proportioning with huanggai seed oil, linseed oil, prickly ash seed oil and sunflower seed oil according to ratio standard of aliphatic acid, and the flax blend oil has balanced nutrient composition and unique flavor. The processing technology comprises: (1) selecting materials; (2) stir-frying; (3) crushing; (4) squeezing; (5) filtering; (6) refining; (7) refiltering; (8) blending; and (9) loading.
