The invention provides a cultivation technology method of paddy rice, which comprises the following steps: choosing variety of the paddy rice, and growing the paddy rice in an area which is suitable for growing the paddy rice; cultivating seedlings and organic fertilizer required by the seedlings, wherein the combination and the content of the organic fertilizer are as follows: 46% to 60% of excrements of livestocks, 15% to 30% of molasses powder, 5% to 15% of fermentation bovine-derived power, 3% to 10% of zeolite powder, and 0.5% to 1.6% of back spray bacterium, and the mass percent of each component equals to 100%; and management of rice seedling bed fertilizer: applying the organic fertilizer with 80-250 kg per mu for rice seedling bed base fertilizer, rational close planting should be adopted when being planted in the paddy field, and applying the organic fertilizer with 8-25 kg per mu for topdressing in the tillering stage. The method improves the unfavorable phenomena of singleness and degradation of s
