Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an environmental protection method combining eutrophic water body treatment, conservation of water and soil and landscape planting as a whole. According to the method, oleanders are planted on the banks or the bank walls of ponds, or the banks or the bank walls of rivers, or the banks or the bank walls of reservoirs, wherein the ponds or the rivers or the reservoirs contain eutrophic water bodies, the top ends of the oleanders face the eutrophic water bodies when the oleanders are planted, and the branches of the oleanders make contact with the water faces of the eutrophic water bodies or are immersed into the eutrophic water bodies as much as possible. The method can effectively reduce nutrient load of nitrogen, phosphorus and the like, greatly reduce the eutrophic degree of the water bodies, reduce water and soil loss, conserve water and soil, beautify landscape and eliminate the secondary pollution on the water bodies.
