Zusammenfassung:	The objective of the present invention is to provide a swash plate-type motor equipped with a cylinder hole structure for use with a tilting piston, with which the abrasion resistance can be increased and the time required for a hardening operation can be reduced. Laser hardening is performed in the circumferential direction of a cylinder hole (18) for a tilting piston, only on the bottom inner-hole portion (the hardened part (3)) of the tilting piston-use cylinder hole (18) which is struck by the end of the tilting piston (17) when the tilting piston (17) tilts due to compressive force from the swash plate. Laser hardening is not performed on portions of the tilting piston-use cylinder hole (18) other than the aperture part inner-hole portion and the bottom inner-hole portion.
