Zusammenfassung:	A system includes a turbine having a turbine rotor, a plurality of blades, and a segmented cover assembly. The turbine rotor includes a blade mounting region with a plurality of blade mounts disposed circumferentially about a rotational axis of the turbine rotor, and first and second grooves extending circumferentially along the blade mounting region at a radial offset from one another relative to the rotational axis. The plurality of blades is disposed in the plurality of blade mounts. The segmented cover assembly includes a plurality of cover segment sets configured to mount in the first and second grooves circumferentially along the blade mounting region. Each cover segment set includes a seal segment having a seal body with a lock feature, wherein the seal segment is configured to mount circumferentially along the second groove. The cover segment includes first and second lips extending along first and second circumferential portions of a cover body. The first lip is configured to mount circumferentially
