Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a ceramic composite material. The ceramic composite material comprises the following components by weight percentage: 70-95% of aluminum oxide and 5-30% of glass powder. The invention further relates to a method for machining a part by utilizing the ceramic composite material. A certain amount of the glass powder is added into aluminum oxide ceramic powder to sinter and prepare the material, so that not only can the sintering temperature of the aluminum oxide be reduced, but also the dielectric loss (which can be reduced to be about 8) and the loss (a loss tangent angle is about 0.0003) of the material can be reduced; the composite material can be widely applied to a ceramic harmonic oscillator supporting frame, a circuit substrate, a metamaterial substrate and the like. |
