Zusammenfassung:	A deformation repair lapping bar for a shaft hole comprises a bar body, as well as a front handle and a rear handle which are respectively fixed with the two ends of the bar body, wherein spiral groove lines used for accommodating a grinding paste are arranged on the bar body and comprise a forward spiral groove and a reverse spiral groove. According to the invention, the groove shape with angles can increase kneading between the grinding paste and the inner wall of the shaft hole, so that the function of the grinding paste can be given into full play and the grinding efficiency and precision are improved. The invention further provides a deformation repair method for a shaft hole.
