Silicon carbide cutting blade material and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a preparation method of a silicon carbide cutting blade material. The preparation method comprises a powder preparing step which comprises the operations of conveying silicon carbide granular sand to a main grinding machine of a Raymond pulverizer to be ground to obtain fine powder, and conveying the fine powder into a grading machine of the Raymond pulverizer to be sorted by virtue of air flow generated by a fan of the Raymond pulverizer so as to obtain silicon carbide powder with the granularity of 4.8-13.5 microns. The preparation method of the silicon carbide cutting blade material disclosed by the invention is simple in process and high in yield and can prepare the silicon carbide powder with the narrow grain diameter distribution. The invention further provides the silicon carbide cutting blade material prepared by the preparation method.
