Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a hand-held electric tool which enables an output component to output swing motion by using a centrifugal force. A swinging device is provided with at least one pair of eccentric elements, which have equal mass, the same centroid and parallel rotating axes, wherein a resultant force of centrifugal forces generated when the eccentric elements synchronously rotate in the same direction or in opposite directions drives the output member to swing back and forth around the axis of an output shaft; the output component can be equipped with different tool accessories for cutting, grinding, cleaning and the like.
