Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of nest-like manganese lithium phosphate, and belongs to the technical field of new energy material preparation. The nest-like LiMnPO4 lithium battery cathode material is prepared by employing a liquid phase method and taking lithium hydroxide, manganese acetate, ascorbic acid and phosphoric acid as raw materials. The specific method comprises: dissolving manganese acetate in glycol, then adding ascorbic acid, ultrasonic processing and stirring for full dissolution and formation of a uniform colorless transparency solution; adding the phosphoric acid solution, and forming a grayish-white thick suspension; dropwise adding the water solution of lithium hydroxide into the suspension to obtain a greyish-green precursor solution; and placing in a heating jacket, heating and refluxing, then centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain the nest-like LiMnPO4. The special-morphology LiMnPO4 is formed by assembling sheet layers each with the thickness of about 30 nm. |
