High-speed storage device

The invention relates to a storage device, and provides a high-speed storage device for resolving the problems that real-time storage performance of a storage device low in power consumption and cost at present is poor. The high-speed storage device comprises an FIFO circuit, an FPGA circuit, a hard disk, an AVR single chip microcomputer and a USB circuit. A data signal output end of the FIFO circuit is connected with an image data signal input end of the FPGA circuit, a USB serial data interface of the FPGA circuit and a USB serial data interface of the hard disk are both connected with a serial interface of the USB circuit, a control signal output end of the FPGA circuit is connected with a control signal input end of the AVR single chip microcomputer, and a USB serial date interface of the AVR single chip microcomputer is connected with a serial data interface of the USB circuit. The high-speed storage device is mainly used for storing data for a camera and other devices in real time.
