Quick initialization method based on IEC61850 and MMS client side

The invention provides a quick communication initialization accomplishing method based on an IEC61850 (International Electrotechnical Commission 61850) and an MMS (Manufacture Message Specification) client side. The method comprises the following steps that the client side reads IED (Intelligent Electronic Device) configuration information from a real-time library of a monitoring system; connection is established with an IED; a report control block and corresponding data set information are read from the IED, and compared and integrally verified with a local-storage report control block data file; if comparison and verification are passed, the report control block data file is read, and a local data point object is established; if the comparison and the verification of the report control block data file are not passed, the report control block and data set entry information are read from the device, the local data point object is established, and a data file is established to make preparations for next initia
