Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a high-viscosity liquid cooling device for a high-temperature and high-pressure rheometer. The high-viscosity liquid cooling device for the high-temperature and high-pressure rheometer comprises a liquid conveying system, a hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) refrigerating system and a temperature detection and control system. The liquid conveying system comprises a motor, a gear pump, a pressure regulating valve, a ball valve and a quick coupling, wherein the ball valve and the on-off-type quick coupling are respectively arranged at the liquid outlet position and the oil return position of the liquid conveying system, and a liquid conveying loop can be conveniently and quickly turned on or off. The HCFC refrigerating system comprises an evaporator, a compressor, a condenser, a cooling fan and an electronic expansion valve. The temperature detection and control system is provided with an upper computer, a microprogrammed control unit, a liquid crystal display (LCD), a frequency converter, a solid-state relay and an electronic expansion valve driver. Based on the parameter working condition design of the rheometer, the high-viscosity liquid cooling device for the high-temperature and high-pressure rheometer is used for meeting the requirement that the flow and the pressure of liquid in the cooling system can be controlled within a large range by the rheometer. The high-viscosity liquid cooling device for the high-temperature and high-pressure rheometer has the advantages that the structure is compact, the liquid loop can be conveniently turned on or off, the liquid viscosity is wide in range of application, and the cooling device is also suitable for cooling high-viscosity liquid in other fields and is high in universality.
