The assembling tool comprises a transverse beam, a transmission screw rod and two tensioning rods, wherein a thread hole is formed in the middle of the transverse beam; the transmission screw rod penetrates through the thread hole; a thread of the transmission screw rod is mutually matched with a thread in the thread hole; a wrench is fixed on one end of the transmission screw rod; a supporting block is fixed on the other end of the transmission screw rod; the two tensioning rods are fixed on the transverse beam by taking the transmission screw rod as a symmetrical axis; and threads matched with the thread hole at the end part of the steel wire rope inhaul cable are arranged at the bottoms of the tensioning rods.
