The bamboo canvas manufacturing technology includes the steps: (1) subjecting cotton fiber yarn and polyester continuous fiber to directional supporting and arranging, interweaving to obtain multifilament; (2) twisting the multifilament with elastic fiber yarn to obtain twisted silk; (3) combining and twisting the twisted silk with elastic fiber again to obtain second twisted silk; and (4) interweaving the twisted silk as warp and the second twisted silk as weft to knit bamboo canvas. By the mode, the bamboo canvas manufacturing technology is simple in manufacturing and convenient to operate, and the manufactured bamboo canvas is high in flatness, high in elasticity, easy to clean, and good in abrasive resistance and tensile strength. |
