Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a mulberry functional sports drink which is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 10000-30000 parts of mulberry juice, 1000-5000 parts of safflower extracting solution, 1000-4000 parts of maltodextrin, smaller than 2000 parts of sucrose or fructose syrup, 4-8 parts of sucralose and 100-300 parts of citric acid or 1-8 parts of vitamin C. Meanwhile, the mulberry functional sports drink further contains 0.1-0.4g/L of NaCl and 0.2-0.6g/L of potassium citrate. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the mulberry functional sports drink. The preparation method comprises the steps of: carrying out aqueous extracting on the red flower extracting solution, proportioning, sterilizing, filling and sealing. The drink is low in sugar content, rich in nutrition and good in taste, has a certain cardiovascular healthcare function and can continuously provide sugar and minerals necessary for movement of sports population at the same time.
