According to the method, 0.75mg/mL vitamin C is added into glucose-citrate-yolk-based diluent, and the method is used for preserving seminal fluid at normal temperature. The special diluent is prepared by adding 0.75mg/mL vitamin C into the glucose-citrate-yolk-based diluent. According to the method, the normal-temperature preservation time of seminal fluid of the adult male rabbit can be effectively prolonged.
