Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device for transmitting/receiving power using a ship, the ship comprising: a generator, which is arranged inside the ship, for producing power by means of generating electricity; a power transmission crane, which is arranged on one side of the ship and protrudes to a predetermined side of the exterior of the ship; a power transmission cable, one side of which connects to the generator and the other side of which is supported by the power transmission crane so as to be disposed on one side of the exterior, for transmitting the power which is generated from the generator; a transmission access device which is coupled so as to be connected to the power transmission cable and supply power; and a power reception device, which is arranged separately away on one side of the ship, connected to the power transmission access device so as to supply the power generated from the generator, and which has on one side a power reception cable for supplying the supplied power to the exterior.
