Growth hormone secretion promoter

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a growth hormone secretion promoter which has an excellent growth hormone secretion promoting effect and can be administered orally. This growth hormone secretion promoter contains at least one component selected from the group consisting of S-adenosylmethionine and/or a salt thereof, a Siberian larch extract, an olive extract and a stilbene compound as an active ingredient. S-Adenosylmethionine and/or a salt thereof may be contained in a chemically synthesized form thereof which is not modified in any way, or cells or a culture each containing S-adenosylmethionine and/or the salt thereof may be contained. The stilbene compound may be an extract from a plant belonging to the family Vitaceae or Gnetaceae. The olive extract may be an extract separated from an olive fruit.
