The invention discloses a casing and drilling tool conveying cableway device which is characterized in that an upper cable point and a lower cable point are arranged between a gate of a drill floor and the front end of a catwalk at a certain height respectively. The front end of a cable is connected with the upper cable point; the rear end of the cable rounds the lower cable point, namely a pulley; and the heights of the hung casing and the drilling tool can be adjusted by manually operating the cable to ascend and descend. The cable penetrates between upper and lower pulley grooves of a cable pulley group, and groove skipping of the cable pulley group is avoided. A front lifting rope hook is tied at the lower end of a front lifting rope for hanging the front part of a casing or a drilling tool.
