Bread dough generating machine and bread maker

The object of the invention is to provides a bread dough generating machine and a bread maker, which can be used to reliably crush the grains such as uncooked rice as cooking materials, and can be used to produce the delicious breads by using the rice under the mute condition. The bread dough generating machine is provided with stirring crushing parts (27,39,41,44,47,50), which can rotate to crush the materials to be cooked in the containers (23,59). The stirring crushing parts (27,39,41,44,47,50) is provided with a wheel hub (31); crushing parts (29,42,45,53), which are parallel to an inner side bottom plane of the container, and are extended along the stirring parts from an outer surface of the wheel hub to the inner surface of the container, and can be used to push the materials to be cooked to move toward the direction of the inner side bottom surface of the container under the rotation of the stirring parts.
