The invention relates to an accelerator with double accelerating tubes and belongs to the technical field of accelerators. The two accelerating tubes of the accelerator are parallelly connected. The accelerator comprises an accelerator main body casing and an accelerating tube casing, wherein the accelerator main body casing is connected with the accelerating tube casing through a connection tube. An accelerator main body is arranged in the accelerator main body casing, the two accelerating tubes are arranged in the accelerating tube casing, a high-pressure guide pipe is connected onto the accelerator main body and connected with the two accelerating tubes respectively through a three-way connector, and a scanning box is connected at the lower end of each accelerating tube. The accelerator with the double accelerating tubes is simple, compact and reasonable in structure, improves beam and power of the accelerating tubes, and is low in device height, small in occupation area and low in cost.
