Method, terminal and base station for controlling data transmission

The invention discloses a method for controlling data transmission. A terminal sends detecting signals and power parameters to a base station, so that the base station works out a value range of a second number of resource blocks which need to be used for distributing the terminal according to the power parameters and a first number of upstream source blocks which are used when the terminal sends the detecting signals; the terminal receives the second number sent by the base station; and the terminal determines first transmission power of the data to be sent according to the received second number, and sends the data to be sent at the determined first transmission power. According to the method for controlling data transmission, the terminal can be guaranteed to be within an updating period of a pre-coding matrix, the data transmission power of the terminal cannot be changed greatly, and therefore low error rate is guaranteed.
