Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a precision programmable delay circuit comprising a DA (digital-analog) converter U1, a voltage comparator U2, a constant current source circuit and a rapid discharge circuit. A base of a transistor T1 is connected to a positive pole of a regulator Z1 and one end of a resistor R9, and the other end of the resistor R9 is connected to one end of a capacitor C1 and an AGND. The other end of the capacitor C1 is connected to a collector of the transistor T1. An emitter of the transistor T1 is connected to one end of a resistor R8, and the other end of the resistor R8 is connected to a negative pole of the regulator Z1. A +15 V power supply is connected to a circuit between the resistor R8 and the regulator Z1. A pin 22 of a monostable trigger U3 is connected to a pin 1 of a high-speed diode D1, one end of a capacitor C3 and one end of a resistor R6.
