A preparation method of the twice-cured liquid optical cement comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing the components except for the fluid rubber, adding the fluid rubber, and mixing uniformly. The twice-cured liquid optical cement has the advantages that when a large-size touch screen is bonded by the cement, the problem that air bubbles are difficult to remove does not exist, and the phenomenon of cement overflow does not occur.
