The invention relates to desks, in particular to portable lifting desks, and discloses a portable lifting desk. The portable lifting desk comprises a desk plate, movable rods and bases. First locating holes are formed in the back face of the desk plate, the number of the first locating holes is at least four, second locating holes are formed in the bases, the number of the second locating holes is at least four, the movable rods are sleeved between the first locating holes and the second locating holes, the number of the movable rods is at least four, and the movable rods are provided with locating locking pieces in a sleeved mode. The portable lifting desk has the advantages that the effect of being convenient to carry is achieved due to the fact that the detachable movable rods are sleeved between the desk plate and the bases, and the effect of adjusting the desk is achieved through stretching and contracting of the movable rods.
