Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a spindle motor and a storage disk drive having the same. The spindle motor includes a base part which contains a through hole and expands radially around a central axis, a rotor hub which is positioned on the upper side of the base part, being rotatable around the central axis, a stator which is positioned on the upper side of the base part and contains a coil having a leader line, and a circuit board which is positioned on the lower surface of the base part. The base part contains a plurality of grooves on the lower surface, at least one through holes are arranged in the grooves, the leader line passes through the through holes and reaches the lower surface of the base part and is electrically connected with a welding disc part of the circuit board.
