Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a surface copper plating process method for a hoop of a titanium alloy oil well pipe. The method comprises the following steps of carrying out oil removing on the hoop in advance, rinsing the hoop with warm water and flowing cold water, carrying out abrasive blasting on the hoop, removing oil, rinsing the hoop with warm water and flowing cold water, carrying out acid pickling on the hoop, rinsing with flowing cold water, soaking nickel for activating, rinsing with flowing cold water, clamping the hoop, electroplating and the like in sequence. By using the process method, the technological problem of copper plating for the hoop inner thread of the titanium alloy oil well pipe is solved; and the process is stable and reliable, a uniform and compact copper plating layer with a glabrous surface can be obtained, and the plating layer has good bonding force with a substrate by adopting a thread make-and-break test method to test the bonding force.
