| Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a separation and purification method of high-purity teicoplanin, which comprises the steps of taking teicoplanin coarse powder as a raw material, sequentially conducting absorption, water washing, low-concentration low alcohol washing, water washing and high-concentration low alcohol elution with an aluminum oxide chromatographic column, then conducting nanofiltration concentration, decoloration, refined filtration and crystallization on an effluent, and obtaining pure teicoplanin. The method is easy and simple to operate and low in cost, and is suitable for industrial production, the obtained teicoplanin is high in purity, and the product quality complies with the EP (European Pharmacopoeia) standard. |
