Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for accelerating metallurgical bonding of Zr-based bulk metallic glass and Sn-based solder, belongs to the field of soldering by zinc-based solder, particularly relates to the method for accelerating metallurgical bonding of Zr-based bulk metallic glass and Sn-based solder, and aims to solve the problem that action with the zinc-based solder is slow due to a dense oxide film on the surface of the Zr-based bulk metallic glass. A connecting method includes: firstly, placing the polished Zr-based bulk metallic glass into acetone for ultrasonic cleaning; and secondly, soaking the cleaned Zr-based bulk metallic glass into molten ZnCl2, placing the glass in the molten pure Sn solder or Sn-based solder, and controlling the temperature of the molten solder to be lower than glass transition temperature of the Zr-based bulk metallic glass so as to obtain tin-coated Zr-based bulk metallic glass.
